Terms and Conditions for Elite Bespoke Tailoring Ltd.

Please read our terms and conditions carefully if for any reason you do not agree with these please do not use our site. If you order through our site then you are agreeing to our terms.

All garments are made to measure from a customers own specifications. If for any reason there is a problem with the sizing when the garment is received we will endeavour to deal with it in either of the following ways. If the error is ours then we would offer a free alteration or if necessary a remake. If however it is due to inaccurate measuring or information supplied then we would undertake an alteration for an agreed fee.

Your order.

When we receive an order from you we will respond with an email confirming receipt of the order.

Availability

As is the case from time to time cloth will not be available from the mill when we call to order. If this is the case then we will contact you within two working days to ask if you wish to continue with the order or ask you to make an alternative choice or if you do not want to do this to offer a full refund. If a refund is requested and payment has been made through paypal then this refund would be minus the paypal commission paid by us at the time of ordering.

Pricing

All products offered by us are priced in Sterling (GBP). We reserve the right from time to time to alter our prices. Occasionally our products may appear priced incorrectly. If this is the case we will contact you before we accept the order.

Prices are inclusive of VAT for UK and EU members and will be priced net of VAT for non EU members. Any import duty payable in your own country at time of delivery remains your responsibility and will need to be paid by you directly we recommend you contact your local customs office for details as these vary from country to country.

Payment

We can accept payment using debit or credit cards, Paypal, cheque (for UK customers only) or if you prefer you can contact us for details of IBAN or SWIFTBIC to make payments direct via internet banking / bank transfer.
For payment using debit or credit cards we use Sage Pay to collect/process transaction information. For their security policy please see http://www.sagepay.co.uk/policies/security-policy

Delivery

We deliver our products worldwide. We expect to deliver all our products within 4 to 6 weeks however from time to time this may alter during busy periods, if this is the case we will contact you to notify you of any delay. We cannot guarantee a delivery time and all parcels will be need to signed for so a daytime delivery address is recommended. We will contact you the day before goods are ready to be shipped allowing time for you to amend any delivery details.

Product descriptions

To the best of our ability all product descriptions are correct. However due to the limitations of photography some colours may appear slightly different when you receive your garments. We reserve the right to make changes from time to time to our garments and prices.

Cancellation / Returns / Refunds

All of our products are bespoke tailor made and therefore cancellations or changes to orders are unable to be accepted after 24 hours of placement of your order. All returns must be agreed with Elite Bespoke Tailoring Ltd in advance and return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. The goods must be returned unused/unworn and in the same state as originally received. We reserve the right to impose a surcharge where goods have been returned to us in an unsatisfactory state.
We suggest a signed for service is used as proof of postage is not considered proof of delivery.

Where applicable, any refunds will be processed as follows;
Credit/Debit Cards: Within 24hrs of receipt of returned goods - The transaction may take longer to appear on your account
Paypal: Within 24hrs of receipt of returned goods
Direct Transfer: Within 24hrs of receipt of returned goods and provision of bank account details.

Data protection

We will not pass your details on to a third party. We will however contact you from time to time to let you know of new products and cloths. If you do not wish to receive this information then please contact us to let us know.
